Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and resellable condition.
- To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at info@basakla.com within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be shipped with tracking information.
- Exchanges are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged products.
